Tea Traditions class

NORWOOD: Norwood Public Library, 1 Morton St., hosting Tea Traditions Class 11 a.m.; instructors will present different cultural traditions for making and serving tea, including English, Chinese, Indian, and Russian traditions; tea and treats will be served; free to the public; register for the event so NPL can plan for supplies by contacting Norwood Public Library at 315-353-6692, nowlib@ncls.org; sponsored by the Friends of the Norwood Public Library; donations are welcome.

Basket Making Class

MASSENA: Make a beautiful market basket with the help of local artisan Ann French at the Massena Public Library; finished basket is 8 by 14 inches long with a 14 inch handle; $20; 10 a.m.-5 p.m.; register at the library early as space is limited to eight participants per class; Massena Friend of the Library has underwritten the cost of these workshops.
