Baking with Filo Dough

CANTON: Baking with Filo Dough: Baklava and Spanikopita, 6:30-8:30 p.m., Harvest Kitchen at the Cornell Cooperative Extension Learning Farm, 2043 State Highway 68, part of a four-part December Baking Series: Sweet and Savory; class size limited, pre-registration required; each class is $20 and feature hands-on opportunities, samples and printed recipes to take home; reserve your spot online at stlawrence.cce.cornell.edu, 315-379-9192, ext. 237 or harvestkitchen@cornell.edu; each class in series taught by different instructor from Big Spoon Kitchen in Potsdam; ingredients donated by Nature's Storehouse in Canton.
