Art gallery open house

WADDINGTON: Open house, “Life’s Journeys Through Paintings and Textiles,” The Gallery, 10 Main St., 3-5 p.m.; Carol Backus will exhibit her paintings; Susan Riley will add an interesting dimension to Carol’s exhibit with textiles that Susan has collected during her travels; refreshments served, free admission; exhibit runs from Nov. 16-Jan. 23.
