“What to expect from a Trump Presidency” subject of discussion at SLU Nov. 29

CANTON -- St. Lawrence University’s Department of Government will host a discussion “What to expect from a Trump Presidency” from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on Nov. 29, in Hepburn Auditorium, room 218.

The event is free and open to the public.

Alan Draper, professor of government, will present “Trumpism and the Decline of the Labor Movement.” Calvin (Fred) Exoo, Charles D., Sarah and John D. Munsil professor of government, will present “How Did This Happen?

Rounding up some causes, from the distal to the proximate, for Trump’s victory.” Ronnie Olesker, associate professor of government, will present “What to Expect When You Have No Idea What You Are Expecting: Foreign policy under the Trump Administration.” Damon Berry, visiting assistant professor of religious studies, will present “The Role of the Alt-Right in Trump’s Campaign and Administration.”
