Workshops will focus on “what fear is and what it is not, contexts of fear or lack of confidence, how to work through your anxiety, create an action plan to improve and grow … confidence and horsemanship, understand [a] horse from a psychological perspective, and learn strategies and skills to improve the relationship with [a] horse,” event organizer Michelle Young said.
The clinic offers six hours of lecture, including hands on exercises, 6.5 hours of instruction work with one’s horse with the cohort and 13 hours available for optional private lessons.
Topics covered are applicable to all levels, disciplines, and situations.
