WADDINGTON -- The Hepburn Library will present Dan Buckley, Civil War reenactor, Wednesday Feb. 13 from 6 to 7:30 p.m.

Buckley will discuss the lives of North Country Civil War soldiers.

Buckley will be in uniform and will share items used by soldiers in their everyday lives.
