POTSDAM -- The Friends of the Potsdam Public Library will hold a Book Sale on Friday and Saturday, July 15 and 16 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday, July 17 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. as part of the 44th Annual Potsdam Summer Festival. Volunteers are needed to set up for the book sale on Thursday, July 14 at 3 p.m. and to take down the sale on Sunday, July 17 at 2 p.m.
Also needed is help to fill 2 hour shifts collecting money during the sale.
To volunteer, call Hanneke LaFountain, 265-3063, Pam Yurgartis, 268-1345 or 265-0341, or the Potsdam Public Library at 265-7230.
Donations of books before the sale would also be appreciated. These may be brought to the book store on Saturdays between the hours of 10 a.m.-1 p.m. or any time the library is open in the library lobby.
All proceeds from sales benefit the Potsdam Public Library.
