POTSDAM -- The Village of Potsdam Democratic Committee will be holding a caucus to determine who will be on the November ballot for village Trustee.
There are three seats available for the village board. Two seats are for the full four-year terms and one seat is to fill the unexpired two-year term of former Trustee Eleanor Hopke who moved to Rochester and resigned her position on the board.
Current Trustee Steve Warr will be seeking a nomination to run for a third term.
The caucus will be held on Sept. 11, at 7 p.m. in the town office Community room.
Anyone interested in serving on the board can call 1-315-212-2646 to get more information on how the caucus works and the process to get nominated for a place on the November Ballot.
