CANTON -- VFW Post 1231 Auxiliary invites the public to join in the effort to purchase wreaths to place in military cemeteries around the country.
Wreaths from the local auxiliary group will be placed in the United States Military Academy West Point Cemetery Dec. 16.
Purchase a wreath or several for $15 each. Send your check payable to "Wreaths Across America" to Auxiliary President Diana Goolden, 237 Miner St. Rd., Canton 13617 by Nov. 20.
