POTSDAM -- United Helpers and the Potsdam Public Library are hosting a brown bag, lunch and learn entitled, “Know Before You Go” on Wednesday, Jan. 31, from noon-1 p.m. at the Potsdam Public Library.
“Know Before You Go” is a free educational presentation designed to provide valuable information about planning for your joint surgery, health care options available in St. Lawrence County and insurance information.
