OGDENSBURG -- United Helpers will host a Wellness Expo and 5k Run/Walk Saturday, May 11 at the Dobisky Center.
The free expo will run from 8 a.m. to noon and will feature local health and wellness agencies. North Country Grown Cooperative, St. Lawrence County Tobacco Free Program, River Run Fitness, Canton-Potsdam Hospital, Walmart Vision Center, Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center, Step-by-Step, United Helpers and Planned Parenthood are expected to attend.
Registration for the free 5k run/walk will begin at 8:30 a.m., with the race at 9 a.m. for walkers and 9:30 a.m. for runners.
