POTSDAM-- The Crane School of Music Klezmer Band, Klezmania, will perform at Congregation Beth El, Market Street, Sunday, May 6 from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Musician Matt Wertzell along with a group of fellow Crane students are excited to bring this spirited and uniquely Jewish musical style to the Potsdam stage.
Klezmer music combines the Yiddish folk melodies of Eastern European Jewry with early American Jazz styles. Come to listen or dance to this soulful Jewish music.
Refreshments will be provided.
