COLTON -- Amvets Post 262 will host welcome home festivities for two St. Lawrence County soldiers who recently completed a tour as part of Operation Enduring Freedom. The event is set for Nov. 29 from 2 to 11 p.m.
Jason Monast, a specialist in the U.S. Army, received a Purple Heart while serving in Afghanistan.
Nicholas Monast, a corporal in the U.S. Marine Corps, was honorably discharged from the U.S. Marine Corps.
Veterans, military members, friends and family are sought.
