MASSENA -- The U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 01-01 will offer "About Boating Safely" on May 14 and 15 from 5 to 9 p.m. both nights.
Participants must attend both sessions for safety certification.
Those born after May 1, 1996 are now required to have a boating safety certificate to drive a motorized personal watercraft in New York state.
Pre-registration is required. Cost is $35 for both sessions, family rates are available.
