POTSDAM -- The United Methodist Church, 26 Main St., hosts its annual turkey dinner on Thursday, Oct. 19, downstairs in the church.
Serving begins at 4:30 pm. The cost is $12 for adults, and $5 for children 5-11. The dinner is free for those 4 and younger and older than 90. Diners can purchase tickets in the upstairs entryway then relax in the sanctuary until their ticket number is called. Take-outs will be available.
The menu features roast turkey, and dressing, mashed potatoes and gravy, cranberry sauce, squash, cabbage salad, beverages and handmade pies.
The church is accessible with an elevator. There is ample municipal parking nearby.
