POTSDAM – The Trillium Yoga Center plans to host a fundraiser for the Veterans Yoga Project, Saturday, Nov. 11, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
To honor veterans, Trillium will offer four 30-minute yoga classes, chair massage, $1 per minute, reiki, emotional aromatherapy, and nutritional counseling.
A $10 donation per class will be accepted. All classes and services are free for veterans.
Refreshments will be served and essential oil products will be available for sale.
The fundraiser is being staged as part of the Veterans Gratitude Week Nov. 3-12, an annual fundraiser hosted by the Veterans Yoga Project. Veterans Gratitude Week encourages yoga studios to host donation-based classes and services. Donations are used to support recovery and resilience in veterans, their families, and communities, said a press release from Trillium.
