POTSDAM -- A “Mini-retreat to Welcome the New Year” will be held at Trillium Center for Yoga, 25 Market St., from 1 until 4 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 3.
Meditation teachers Joya Blondel, Terry de la Vega and Debra Mitchell will lead the retreat.
All are welcome and no meditation experience is needed. Participants may sit on a chair or on the floor.
Light refreshments will be provided and all participants will take home a surprise.
