POTSDAM -- Trillium Center for Yoga and Health, 25 Main St., will host Richard Hudspith, educator and certified Somayog yoga teacher from Ottawa for a class on Somatics on Saturday, Oct. 8 from 3:30 to 5 p.m.
Somatics helps to reduce neuromuscular pain and symptoms related to chronically tight muscles that cause headaches, frozen shoulder, hip pain, and breathing difficulties.
Hudspith will see individuals for private one hour sessions.

The fee for the Somatics class is $15 and may be paid at the class, however, registration with shannon@trilliumyogacenter.com is preferred.
