Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce to host Christmas tree lighting in Brasher

BRASHER -- The Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce will host the seventh annual Christmas tree lighting ceremony Friday, Dec. 13 at 5:30 p.m. with highlights to include Santa, carols, and wagon rides.

The ceremony will take place in front of the municipal building, with the event dedication to be unveiled at the lighting.

Wagon rides will be offered, and Santa will greet guests after the lighting. The Lions Club will serve hot chocolate and carols will be sung at the Tri-Town Rescue Squad building. The rescue squad will serve popcorn.

The Tri-Town Entertainers will offer carols in Crasper Hall, with Santa to hear Christmas wishes. Daisy the Clown will offer face painting.

Kids can make their own Christmas tree decorations and prizes will be given out.

The St. Lawrence Central class of 2014 will sell 50/50 tickets, with proceeds to benefit the all night graduation party. The winning ticket will be drawn at 7:30 p.m.
