DEKALB JUNCTION -- The DeKalb Chamber of Commerce will host a tree lighting ceremony Dec. 7 at 4 p.m.
The high school choir will sing Christmas carols as community members await the arrival of Santa Claus.
The DeKalb Junction Volunteer Fire Department will deliver Santa so that he can light the tree for the holiday season.
Following the tree lighting, Santa will invite everyone to the fire station for hot chocolate, cookies and the chance to talk with Santa.
MORRISTOWN -- The Village of Morristown, in collaboration with the Morristown Public Library, will host a tree lighting ceremony on Dec. 7 at 6 p.m.
It will be at Chapman Park, with a reception following at the library, 200 Morris St.
A Princess House representative will also be taking orders this evening in time for a Christmas delivery. Forty percent of all sales will benefit the library.
