CANTON – An afternoon training for nonprofit leaders and board members will be held Wednesday, Sept. 20, from 2-5:30 p.m. at the Best Western University Inn.
The event will be presented by the St. Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce.
The conference will include speakers on topics of non-profit setup and governance, financial and legal issues and grant writing, as well as a panel discussion.
The event is sponsored by the Northern New York Community Foundation, Gray & Gray and Associates Certified Public Accountants P.C and DH Leonard Consulting and Grant Writing Services LLC.
