MALONE -- Titus Mountain will host the 34th annual Oktoberfest Oct. 4.
Titus Mountain Oktoberfest draws over 3,000 people for food, vendors, kids’ games, live music, fireworks, and ski season information.
The event begins at 10 a.m. and concludes in the evening with live music and fireworks. Admission is $5 and kids 12 and under are free.
Oktoberfest is also a fundraiser for the Titus Mountain Ski Patrol and Adirondack for Kids.
This year Titus Mountain has slated Remedy, Jock Entertainment, and Backdraft for live music starting at 1 p.m.
There are over 70 local vendors exhibiting their products, from specialty candy apples to wood carvings and Adirondack-inspired crafts.
The New & Improved Titus Teddy Kids’ Zone will have a blow-up castle, slide, and jousting arena, kids’ activities and games, and face painting. For the young-at-heart there will also be a Mechanical Bull! Food proceeds from the outdoor grill will benefit Ski Patrol and beer will be available from local vendors.
