POTSDAM -- Throttle Junkies Reloaded are sponsoring the Doris Watson Charitable Motorcycle Ride, Poker Run and Bike Rodeo Saturday, May 30 starting at the Lone Wolf in Hermon.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Disabled American Veterans Elmer S. Murphy Post 164, State Rt. 345, Potsdam.
Registration starts at 10 a.m., and the ride begins at 11:15.
The cost is $15 for a bike and rider, and $10 more for a passenger.
Others may follow in a car, or just join the riders for dinner, entertainment by Blind Andy, and the bike rodeo at the end of the ride at 80 Stark Rd., S. Colton. The dinner without the run is $10.
There will be a drawing for a one-night stay for two at Turning Stone Casino and Resort including a gift card. There will also be a 50-50 raffle, poker game, and many items on the raffle table donated by local businesses.
The bike rodeo will include a keg roll, a “weenie bite,” a balloon toss, and a “Honey, I’m Home” race.
