CANTON -- A new 3-week mini-session of Strengthening & Toning Exercise Class will begin Tuesday, Jan. 8, and continue through Thursday, Jan. 24, at 8 a.m. in the St. Lawrence University fitness center multi-purpose room.
The fee for the six classes is $24. It will be taught by certified fitness instructor Teresa Stone.
The weight bearing exercises are designed to strengthen muscles, create definition and tone, improve bone density and help balance and stability by focusing on your core muscles.
