OGDENSBURG – The Ladoucer family and City of Ogdensburg businesses are sponsoring the 3rd annual North Pole Satellite Office holiday display.
Gary Ladouceur and his family have pulled together to construct the display in Flat Iron Park, at the corner of Main Street (Route 68) and Ogden Street. Ladouceur and several volunteers have been busy erecting buildings, hanging lights and creating characters for the Sunday, Nov. 27 Grand Lighting Opening Ceremony at 3 p.m.
This year Santa will again light the park during his visit, along with all the familiar favorites of the display including the mail drop for children's letters to the Jolly Old Elf.
Mayor William Nelson will be on hand for the event as well.
The display will remain open for nightly public visits through Dec. 31.
If you would like to make a donation to help with the costs of the display, you may do so at any Community Bank location.
