POTSDAM -- Clarkson University’s Physician Assistant Program will host its second annual Teddy Bear Toss during the Clarkson men’s hockey game against RPI Saturday, Feb. 7 to benefit child patients at local hospitals.
Participants who bring a new stuffed animal to toss on the ice during the game will receive a free general admission ticket to the game.
If the stuffed animal is wrapped in saran wrap, participants will also receive a ticket to an upcoming game of the defending National Championship Women’s Hockey team.
Clarkson students will be on hand to wrap the stuffed animals as well.
All donated stuffed animals will go to children at local hospitals.
Last year, students delivered over 500 stuffed animals to seven hospitals.
