CANTON – An opening reception will be held for the latest TAUNY Folkstore Artist Spotlight exhibit Saturday, April 29, from 10 a.m.-noon, at the organizations 53 Main Street location.
The featured artist, local craftsman and celebrated woodworker Bill Smithers of Hammond, will be on hand to meet guests and talk about his work which will be on display.
Attendees will be able to purchase his handmade items.
Light refreshments will be served.
