North Country Tai Chi with Sean Boutin will offer their third “Free Tai Chi On The Park Summer Series” this August in Canton and Potsdam.
No prior experience is required.
The classes are in Canton at the Friday farmer's market, Village Park, from noon to 1 p.m. Aug. 5, 12, 19, and 26. The rain location is the First Presbyterian Church On The Park.
In Potsdam, classes will take place at the Saturday farmer's market from noon to 1 p.m. Aug. 6, 13, 20, and 27. The class is cancelled during inclement weather.
