CANTON -- A beginner’s Tai-chi class will start Jan. 15 at the Yoga Loft, 205 State St. from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. each Wednesday and will run for 10 weeks. The first class is free. Students will learn the first section of the Yang Style short form.
Tai chi is a series of slow, gentle, flowing movements based on tai chi principles of relaxation, balance and connectedness and helps reduce stress, improve flexibility, and increase energy.
