POTSDAM -- A Tai-Chi class for adults will meet on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from June 10 through July 31 on Fall Island at Trinity Church. The class will meet outside by the river from 10 to 11 a.m. Participants can try Qigong, traditional Chinese exercises, walking and standing meditation, body awareness, pain reduction and breathing and relaxation techniques.
