OGDENSBURG – The public library, 312 Washington St., will host a presentation by Gene LaLonde called “Surviving Unexpected Emergencies” Tuesday, March 21, at 6 p.m. in the library’s auditorium.
LaLonde, a retired pilot with a background in electronics, is a survivalist who lives off the grid.
He’s recently written a novel, “A Question of Survival” about surviving after an electromagnetic pulse (EMP) attack on the United States.
The presentation will address survival concerns related to a wide variety of potential emergencies.
