POTSDAM -- The SUNY Potsdam Department of Theatre and Dance and Dance Ensemble present the annual student choreographers’ concert titled, “We are…” Eighteen dances will be divided between two programs, performed in the Dance Theater in the Performing Arts Center.
Program A will be presented Friday December 4 at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday December 5 at 2 p.m. Program B will be presented Saturday December 5 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday December 6 at 2 p.m.
Nineteen choreographers, under the guidance of Dr. Robin Collen, have created dance works that range in aesthetic sensibility and style—with influences from contemporary dance, tap dance, hip-hop, African dance, and dance-theatre. Admission is free but a ticket is required.
Tickets are available at the door, one hour before show time. Seating is limited.
