POTSDAM -- SUNY Potsdam will host the 45th annual International Summer Basketball Camp from July 12 to 16.
Registration is open for players in grades 4-12.
Since 1970, the International Summer Basketball Camp at SUNY Potsdam has attracted more than 13,450 campers from Northern New York, 20 different states, the provinces of Ontario and Québec, and around the world, according to a press release from the school.
Last summer, over 250 players learned skills through individual and group instruction, from a staff of 50 top college and high school coaches.
Although both boys and girls attend camp in the same sessions, the skill groups and teams are not co-ed. Campers will be grouped by age and/or ability level to ensure their maximum development.
In addition, an Olympic-size pool, a state-of-the-art weight and exercise room, indoor and outdoor tracks, and a modern athletic training room will be available for all campers.
