POTSDAM -- The SUNY Potsdam College Council will hold its third meeting of the 2014-15 academic year on Friday, Feb. 13 at 10 a.m. in the Raymond Hall seventh floor boardroom. The meeting is open to the public.
College Council Chair June O'Neill will open the meeting, followed by a report from SUNY Potsdam President Kristin Esterberg.
Vice President for Institutional Effectiveness and Enrollment Management Rick Miller will provide an update on enrollment, followed by an update on the college’s current fundraising effort, Take the Lead: The Campaign for Potsdam.
Director of Experiential Education Toby White will offer a presentation about the "Living the Map" internship program, which allowed SUNY Potsdam students to take part in five different internships, in five weeks, in five states, last summer.
Provost Margaret Madden will join a group of faculty members to present information about the College's STEAM initiative, which aims to infuse the arts into science, technology, engineering and mathematics fields.
The meeting will conclude with reports from all campus divisions.
