CANTON -- The SUNY Canton men’s hockey program will host a summer camp and an ID camp, at the college in July.
The Roos second annual summer hockey camp will run from July 17 to 21, while the ID camp is from July 21 to 23.
The summer camp is for players born between 2005 and 2011 and will run from 9 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. daily. Cost is $350 per skater, $300 per goalie and $300 for SUNY Canton employees. Each day includes 2.5 hours of ice time and one hour of off-ice training along with a jersey, lunch and team building.
Registration deadline is June 28, and all checks must be received by July 5. Checks should be made out to SUNY Canton Athletics with summer hockey camp in the memo section. Campers can also pay online via the registration form with their credit card information.
The ID camp is for players born 1997-2001. Cost is $300 per player including meals and jersey. The camp will include one practice, one small area game session, two games, admissions presentation, and strength and conditioning presentations.
All events will be held at the Roo house and on the SUNY Canton Campus.
