MASSENA -- The Friends of the Robert Moses State Park Nature Center will host a Summer Solstice Drumming Festival Friday, June 21 at 6:30 p.m.
The festival will celebrate the solstice, the longest day of the year.
Drummers from all over the North Country will participate, including hand drummers from the St. Regis Mohawk Tribe and “Let’s Drum” of Canton.
Campfire cooking over an outdoor fire will also be offered.
The “Nature Fair” will take place at the same time, featuring a variety of local vendors offering nature-based products at the trailhead.
Donations of $1 will be accepted. Meet at the trailhead at the Nature Center, 19 Robinson Bay Rd.
