CANTON – Summer fitness class at St. Lawrence University at slated to run May 25 through July 3.
Core Yoga with Len Mackey will be held on Thursdays from noon until 1 p.m. Restorative Yoga with Len Mackey is set for Tuesdays from 1 until 2p.m. and Fridays from noon to 1 p.m.
Spin Express with Lisa Francey- Towle is slated for Tuesdays from 8:30 to 9 a.m. Sleek Physique with Lisa Francey Towle is set for Tuesdays from 9 to 10 a.m.
By combining the best from step aerobics, pilates, ballet, yoga, and weight training, we will sculpt your muscles and create a beautiful, lean body. Join us with these fast-paced intervals of muscle-defining arm exercises, intense thigh and seat sequences, waist-chiseling ab moves and fluid stretches. Please bring a towel and a water bottle to each class. Brazil Butt-lift with Lisa Francey- Towle will run from 8:30 to 9 a.m. on Thursdays. Spin30/Piyo30 with Lisa Francey-Towle will happen on Thursdays from 9 until 10 a.m.
Cross-Training Boot camp with Monica Borczuk is scheduled for Saturdays from 9 until 10 a.m. Fitness Knockout Cardio boxing with Daniel Pinto is planned on Mondays and Wednesdays 4 to 5 p.m. Intervals with Rebecca Graham is slated for noon to 1 p.m. on Tuesdays.
Salsa with Jeanna Mathews will take place on Wednesdays from 6 until 7 p.m. starting June 10 and will run for five weeks. ZUMBA with June is slated for Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:05 to 11:55 a.m.
