MASSENA -- Several students from the Northshore Recovery High School in Beverly, Massachusetts will share their personal experiences combating substance abuse Thursday, Sept. 20 at 7 p.m. in the auditorium at Massena Central High School.
Northshore students will tell their stories of addiction and abuse, the problems it created, and their road to sobriety.
Massena Police Chief Timmy J. Currier sees the program as a practical and powerful way to reach the community with a critical message. “Educating people in our community about the dangers of drug use and how it impacts us all will empowers our children to make better decisions and provides us with greater tool to keep our children safe,” said Chief Timmy J. Currier.
