CANTON -- A new session of Strengthening and Toning Exercise Class begins Tuesday, Jan. 31 and continues through Thursday, March 8, with no classes the week of Feb. 20.
Classes are at 8 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays in the St. Lawrence University fitness center multi-purpose room. All equipment is provided and you need not be a member of the fitness center to participate. The fee for this five-week session, 10 classes, is $37.50.
