POTSDAM -- Canton-Potsdam Hospital’s Physical Rehabilitation Department continues its strength and balance training program for senior citizens starting in March at the Helen Snell Cheel Medical Campus, 49 Lawrence Ave.
Beginning this month, the program includes two sessions a week. Classes are offered on Monday and Wednesday from 11 a.m. to noon or noon to 1 p.m.
This program is open for seniors age 60 and up and costs $60. For seniors enrolled in the Hospital’s Fitness Forever program (those who have signed up to use the physical therapy gym for exercising throughout the year on a regular basis), the cost is $30.
