STOCKHOLM -- The town will hold a public hearing March 13, at 5:45 p.m., at the muncipal building, 540 State Highway 11C, Winthrop, regarding approval of a cable television franchise agreement between the town and Time Warner Cable Northeast LLC.
A copy of the agreement is available at the clerk’s office during normal buisness hours. At the hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to speak.
Written and oral statements will be accepted as well.
Time limitations may be imposed for oral statements if necessary.
