WINTHROP -- The Stockholm Historical Organization’s Indoor Yard and Bake Sale will be held Saturday, Feb. 18, in the municipal building in Winthrop. The sale opens at 9 a.m. and ends at 3 p.m.
Proceeds benefit historical preservation and research operations of the organization, and fund a scholarship for a graduating county senior each year.
Regular organization meetings are held at 1 p.m. the first Thursday of every month and the dues are only $5 per year. More information on becoming a member will be available at the sale.
The sale is a part of the Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce Winter Carnival for 2017. The theme of the carnival this year is Back To The Farm.
