CANTON -- The Stillman Foote Running Club’s 2012 Summer Sunset 5K Series concludes Tuesday, August 14 at 7:30 p.m. on the Stillman Foote cross-country course on the St. Lawrence University campus.
This is the 33rd season for the series, which attracts hundreds of runners and walkers of all abilities from northern New York and Canada to compete on the fast, flat 3.1 mile loop course.
In addition to the 5K race, a one-mile fun run will be held. Designed for young runners, walkers, and beginning runners, the one-mile event will begin at 7:15 p.m., prior to the 5K start.
Registration for the event will begin at 6:30 p.m. across Park Street from the Augsbury Physical Education Center on the SLU campus. There is a $2 per race fee, US or Canadian.
