St. Lawrence University offering variety of fitness classes through October

CANTON — St. Lawrence University’s athletic department will offer the following fall fitness classes from Sept. 11-Oct. 21:

• Seniors Strength and Toning Adding Life to Your Years, M/W, 9:30-10:30 a.m., $2;

• Spin Express, Tuesdays, 8:30–9 a.m., $15;

• Cardio Intervals & Core, Tuesdays, 9-9:30 a.m., $15;

• Ballet/Barre Cardio, Tuesdays, 9:30-10 a.m., $15;

• Turbo Kick, Tuesdays, 5-5:45 p.m., 5 weeks, $25;

• POUND, Tuesdays, 6-7 p.m., 5 weeks, $25;

• High Energy Cycling, M/W, 5-6 p.m., student $30, $60;

• Feel Better Cycling, Saturday, 10 a.m., students $15, $30;

• HIIT High Intensity Interval Training, Tuesday and Thursday, noon-1 p.m., $60;

• Core Yoga, Tuesday and Thursday, 1–2 p.m., faculty and staff  $10;

• Sun Rise Yoga on QUAD, Tuesday, Sunrise 7:15 a.m. faculty, staff and students, free;

• How Does it Fit (ending with a touch of Yoga), Tuesday and Thursday, 11-11:50 a.m., $60
