CANTON -- A new session of Strengthening and Toning Exercise Class will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8 a.m. starting Tuesday, Sept. 4 and continuing through Thursday, Oct. 11 in the St. Lawrence University fitness center multi-purpose room.
All equipment is provided.
The fee for this six-week session of 12 classes is $48. People are welcome to try the first class for free.
