
CANTON – The St. Lawrence University Fitness Center is taking registrations for its fall classes, which run from Oct. 22 through Dec. 9, except during Thanksgiving break.
The classes are:
Mondays
• 1 – 2 p.m. Zumba with June Peoples
• 5 – 6 p.m. Tabata and Interval Training with Becky Graham
6:15 – 7:15 p.m. Martial Arts – Self Defense with Frank Palumbo
Tuesdays
• 8 – 9 a.m. Strength and Toning with Teresa Brownell-Stone
• 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. Fitness for Seniors with Robin Durocher
• 5 – 6 p.m. Zumba with Madison Wilcox
• 5 – 6 p.m. Spinning with Bob Ladouceur
Wednesdays
• 12 – 1 p.m. Cardio Kickboxing with Becky Graham
• 1 – 2 p.m. Zumba with June Peoples
• 5 – 6 p.m. Lower Body Blitz with Becky Graham
• 7:15 – 9 p.m. Kendo with John Maisonneuve
Thursdays
• 8 – 9 a.m. Strength and Toning with Teresa Brownell-Stone
• 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. Fitness for Seniors with Robin Durocher
