St. Lawrence University in Canton to host five week toning exercise classes

CANTON -- A new five-week session of strength and toning exercise classes will begin Jan. 28 and continue through March 6.

Classes will be held Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 8 a.m. in the St. Lawrence University fitness center multi-purpose room and taught by certified fitness instructor Teresa Stone.

No classes will be held the week of Feb. 17. All equipment is provided and you need not be a member of the fitness center to participate.
