MADRID -- The St. Lawrence Power & Equipment Museum, 1755 State Hwy. 345, will be open on the second and fourth Saturdays of the month through October from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Visitors can walk the grounds, browse and view the museum’s buildings and exhibits, free of charge.
Among the pre-1950’s replica and original structures are the cobbler shop, schoolhouse, farm house, granary, maple sugar house, gas station, horse-drawn equipment building and the collection building, which houses antique farm equipment, implements and displays.
Attendants will be available to answer questions and give tours.

In addition to the Open House days, The Northern Empire State and Upper Canada Chapters of the Antique Truck Club of America will present the Can-Am Border Antique Truck Show Aug. 16-17.
The Power and Equipment Museum’s Old Fashioned Harvest Days Exhibition will take place Aug. 30-31.
