Fishing takes place at various spots along the river from Massena to Ogdensburg, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday.
The closing awards ceremony begins at 7 p.m. Saturday at Madrid-Waddington Central School.
