NORWOOD -- St. Lawrence County Office for the Aging is offering a free workshop at the Baldwin Acres Senior Housing community room Mondays from Aug. 12 through Sept. 16 from 9:30 a.m. to noon.
The workshop will help seniors learn ways to cope with living with a chronic condition.
It will focus on helping individuals take day-to-day responsibility for their care, increase skills with managing their disease, and help them work better with health care professionals.
Office for the Aging will be providing complimentary workbooks to all class participants.
Healthy snacks will be provided.
